This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to register the first information report based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 27.2.2023 in compliance of the order passed by the Fifth 1/3

Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.22854 of 2023 dated 11.9.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.6 of 2024 on the file of the respondent as per the directions of the Fifth Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.22854 of 2023 dated 11.9.2023.
