This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on weekly twice (the date fixed by the Investigating Officer) for a period of four weeks initially in Crl.O.P.No.7265 of 2023 dated 08.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Saturday at 6.00p.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
