It is stated that earlier these petitioners / 1st and 2nd accused had filed Crl.O.P.No.9987 of 2023 seeking anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.438 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. By an order dated 10.10.2023, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the 2nd accused, on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.438 of 2022, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and dismissed the petition against the 1st accused with liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition, after the date on which, the 2nd accused deposits a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.438 of 2022. It is also stated that without complying the above condition, the petitioners / 1st and 2nd accused have come up with the present petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. In view of the above, the present Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. There has got to be compliance of the order already granted in the earlier petition. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
