This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.10.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.16726 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20835 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the second and fourth Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
