For Petitioner in both WPs : Mr.P.Saravana Sowmiyan For R1 in both WPs : Mr.K.Surendran Additional Government Pleader For R2 in both WPs : Mr.V.Ajoy Khose for M/s.Sathiya Murthi ***** COMMON ORDER Though these writ petitions have been filed by the petitioner/society seeking to quash the orders dated 24.05.2019 passed by the 1st respondent in P.S.A.Nos.2 and 1 of 2014 awarding subsistence allowance of Rs.75,332/- and Rs.89,631/- respectively, however when these matters are taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/society submitted that the said subsistence allowance ordered by the labour court will be paid to the workmen within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/society, no further adjudication is necessary in these writ petitions.

3. As submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/society, the petitioner/society shall pay the respective subsistence allowance to the respective 2nd respondent/workmen as ordered by the 1st respondent in P.S.A.Nos.2 and 1 of 2014 vide impugned orders dated 24.05.2019, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
