This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly once i.e., on 1st Saturday of every succeeding month at 10.30a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.16445 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10736 of 2023 dated 13.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
