This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, again weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till committal and thereafter, appear before the Sessions Court, again weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter, during the court hearing dates except for unforeseen circumstances in Crl.M.P.No.16668 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21097 of 2023 dated 18.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
