A.No.33 of 2024 has been filed seeking to grant extension of time for executing the bond and to receive the probate order in the above Original Petition.

A.No.34 of 2024 has been filed seeking to grant permission of this Court for the first petitioner to execute the bond on behalf of herself and on behalf of the second petitioner.

2. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and satisfied with the same, one month time is granted for executing the bond and to receive the probate order in the above original petition.

3. Considering the fact that the second petitioner is presently not in India and staying in abroad for playing touranments, the first petitioner is permitted to execute the bond.

4. Accordingly, these applications are ordered.
