C.M.P.Nos.108 of 2020 and 5227 of 2022 in A.S.No.419 of 2002 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN, J.

These petitions have been filed to permit the petitioners in both the petitions to withdraw their respective shares which is standing in the credit of A.S.No.419 of 2002.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing a joint calculation memo was filed. The petitioners in C.M.P.No.5227 of 2022 are entitled to 11,14,675.50/- and they shall withdraw the same. The respondents 3 and 5 in C.M.P.No.5227 of 2022 who are the 3rd and 5th petitioners in C.M.P.No.108 of 2020 have stated that their respective shares amounting to Rs. 12,46,645/- shall be credited to their sister P.Lakshmi / 4th petitioner in C.M.P.No.108 of 2020 and 4th respondent in C.M.P.No.5227 of 2022 and they have no objection for the same and they have also filed an affidavit to that effect. The other petitioners in C.M.P.No.108 of 2020 shall withdraw their respective share amount.
