O R D E R

The prayer sought for by the petitioner is to extend police protection to the petitioner's mill for free ingress and egress of the willing workers, staff and managerial personnel and vehicles and also to remove the finished and semi-finished goods from the godown inside the factory premises.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the interim order, dated 23.09.2004, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has already been granted. Hence, nothing further survives, for consideration in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
