ORDER
Heard Ms.Amala Anandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner .
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed an application in Crl.M.P.No.17178 of 2024 for extension of time in respect of the condition imposed in the order dated 01.10.2024.
3. Learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that she is withdrawing this application with liberty to her to file better affidavit during the course of the day and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
4. Learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent has no objection for the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner.
5. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision petitioner this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file better affidavit before the Registry.
