This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.21999 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21999 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
