This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action based upon the complaint dated 25.12.2018 vide CSR.No.160/2018 given by the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 06.12.2019.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the closure of the complaint.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is closed. The respondent is directed to send the intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
