This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.MP.No.14611 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21798 of 2024 to report before the respondent police on every alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply with the condition imposed on him by order dated 29.10.2024.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), therefore this petitioner has not complied the condition, this Court finds no merits in this petition.
