2. Heard Mr.V.Murugesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr.C.E.Pratap, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed against the petitioner from 9/8/2024.

4. Considering the above, condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the first respondent Police, as and when required.
