The learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) would submit that they would be able to comply with the order, if ten days time is granted. Hence, CMP.No.28166 of 2023 is ordered, granting ten days time to deposit.

2.Post 'for compliance' on 22.12.2023. Failing compliance, the Chief Secretary, Puducherry shall appear before this Court in person on 22.12.2023.
