ORDER

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 307 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record proposed respondents 9 to 11 as respondents 10 to 11 being the legal heir of deceased first respondent.

2. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, proposed respondents 9 to 11 has to be impleaded as the respondents 9 and 11 as the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent, these petitions are Ordered.
