ORDER

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 238 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record proposed 12th respondent as 12th respondent being the legal heir of deceased third respondent.

2. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, proposed 12th respondent has to be impleaded as the 12th respondent as the legal heir of the deceased third respondent, these petitions are Ordered.
