ORDER

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 111 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record proposed 13th respondent as 13th respondent being the legal heir of deceased second respondent.

2. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, proposed 13th respondent has to be impleaded as the 13th respondent as the legal heir of the deceased second respondent, these petitions are Ordered.
