This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.4(b) imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders and also on all hearing dates without fail in Crl.O.P.No.18683 of 2023 dated 16.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Court, Chennai on every Monday at 10.30a.m., whether S.C.No.295 of 2021 is pending apart from the court hearing dates till the completion of the trial.
