This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to act upon the representation given by the petitioner on 21.11.2023 against the fifth respondent.

2. Heard Mr.M.Saravana Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in CSR No.488 of 2023, dated 23.11.2023. Ultimately, the complaint was closed on 26.11.2023.

4. In view of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. It is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy by filing an application u/s.156(3) Cr.P.C. before the concerned Court.
