Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order bearing reference Nos.C.Pa.No.329/2001/SKI/SDC dated 3.1.2002 and C.Pa.No.586/2003/TGE/SDC dated 4.9.2003, respectively, of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to return the sale deed dated 12.9.2001 and 8.9.1999 respectively, registered on 19.11.2001 and 10.9.1999 respectively, as document Nos.1043/01 and 1003/99 respectively, in the office of the respective 2nd respondent unconditionally to the petitioner.
