ORDER

This petition has been filed to to direct the respondents to prepare and file the final report in Crime No.2404 of 2014 dated 10.04.2014 for the offence under Section 420 IPC pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the second respondent has registered a case in the above said number on 10.04.2014, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four weeks.

5. In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
