2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the order has been complied subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.973 of 2024 and to that effect, the order has been issued to the petitioner as well.

3. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
