2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 14.12.2023, passed in Crl.O.P.No.27980 of 2023, paragraph (1) of the order shall stand substituted as follows:

"The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.42 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 5(m) and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and subsequently altered to Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, 2012. The petitioner has been remanded into custody on 22.11.2023."

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 14.12.2023, shall remain intact.

4. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out necessary correction.
