C.M.P.No.14819 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the respondents 2 and 3 as legal heirs of the first respondent in S.A.No.331 of 2016.

2.Learned counsel for the respondent has serious objection in allowing the above miscellaneous petition.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. 5.Learned counsel for the respondent submits that one Rajeshwari who is also the legal heir of the deceased first respondent has not been brought on record.

7.Learned counsel for the appellant has not produced the death certificate or any particulars to substantiate that she is no more and there are no issues to her.
