Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to grant terminal benefits to the petitioner, by considering the representation dated 21.03.2025 and 10.06.2025.

ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for the relief of a mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to grant terminal benefits to the petitioner, by considering the representations dated 21.03.2025 and 10.06.2025.

2. Though a larger prayer has been sought for in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation 2/5

of the petitioner dated 10.06.2025.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2025, on its own merits, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the petitioner's claim. No costs.
