ORDER
The petitioner, who is aggrieved by the encroachments and land grabbing of the 31st respondent temple's properties, has filed this Writ Petition.
2. The case of the petitioner is that a large extent of land belonging to the 31st respondent temple has been illegally grabbed and encroached upon and thereby, he has given representations in this regard to the 15th respondent. It it the grievance of the petitioner his representation have not been considered by the official respondents and no order has been passed.
3. The petitioner has arrayed as many as 31 officials as respondents. This Court is of the view that other than the respondents 17 and 26, all other respondents are not necessary parties. The petitioner ought not to have made the other parties except respondents 17 and 26, as parties to this writ petition. Page No.5 of 10
4. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner (Party-inPerson), this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 17 and 26 to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 14.05.2019 and 12.09.2025, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
