O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to conduct a joint GPS, Drone and Digital survey of the quarry site over an extent of 1.69.5 hectares in S.Nos.242/2,242/3,242,/4,242/5,242/6 Chennimalai Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District in order to ascertain the extent of illegal mining and to curtail the illegal act of the 7th respondent for the peaceful living of the residents of Chennimalai by considering the petitioners representation dated 21.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider his representation and pass appropriate orders within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the

representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in the manner known to law within the stipulated timed as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
