Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to clarify the order dated 20.03.2019 passed in WMP No.8319 of 2019 in WP.No.7687 of 2019 by issuing necessary direction to the Labour Court, Coimbatore, so as to not to pronounce the final verdict in ID No.551 of 2008 until final orders are passed in WP No. 7687 of 2019 in the interest of equity and justice. (WMP.36476/2019) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.LJOSEPH, FOR M/S.CHENNAI LAW ASSO.,, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.M.RAMESH, Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Labour Court can proceed with the trial, hear the arguments of parties and however, shall keep the matter in abeyance without reserving the same for orders, until orders are passed in the above writ petition.
