The petitioner is the wife. The husband has initiated proceedings in F.C.O.P.No.232 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court at Vellore.

2. The petitioner has a one year old child, who was born on 1/4

01.03.2023. The petitioner is said to be residing at Tiruvallur.

3. The respondent, though served with notice, did not enter appearance.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is taking care of a new born baby and that she is residing at Tiruvallur, I am inclined to withdraw the proceeding in F.C.O.P.No.232 of 2023 from the file of the the Family Court at Vellore and transfer it to the file of the Family Court at Tiruvallur.

5. In fine, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
