ORDER
An application has been filed before the 2nd respondent seeking to issue orders transferring the petitioner to from the post of Village Health Nurse Primary Health Centre, Singarapettai to Sub Health Centre at Vallalar Nagar, in Primary Health Centre, Padappai on the basis of the counselling conducted as per the proceedings of the second Respondent in Na.Ka.No.10929660 /PeNa3/E2/ 2025, dated 09.09.2025
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.Bindran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents on instructions would submit that the petitioner has sought for transfer to Sub Health Centre at Vallalar Nagar, in Primary Health Centre, Padappai, Kancheepuram District and the place is still vacant and the second respondent has decided to consider the request of the petitioner and the petitioner will be posted in 2/4
the said post at Sub Health Centre at Vallalar Nagar, in Primary Health Centre, Padappai.
3. The submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded. The second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders transferring the petitioner to Health Sub Centre, Vallalar Nagar, Primary Health Centre, Padappai, Kancheepuram Health Unit District within a period of two weeks from today.
