O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent-Police to register F.I.R based on the order dated 15.06.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.740 of 2023 by the learned Magistrate cum Munsif Court, Keelvelur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the fourth respondent-Police submitted that based on the direction of the learned Magistrate cum Munsif Court, Keelvelur dated 15.06.2023, the respondent-Police filed the report before the learned Magistrate on 06.12.2024.

4. The main grievance of the petitioner is that subsequent to the

filing of report by the respondent-Police, the learned Magistrate has not passed any order to register the case.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the learned Magistrate to pass orders based on the report filed by the respondent police in accordance with law, if any order is not passed.

6. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
