O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members in the course of cultivating the schedule mentioned property, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that there is a property dispute 2/5

between the petitioner herein and the private respondents 5 to 6, which is purely civil in nature and it is for the petitioner to work out her remedy before the competent Civil Court in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
