2. As rightly pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner will be entitled to set off his sentence period of incarceration undergone by him, pending trial as well as after the judgment.

3. In that view of the matter, the following sentence is to be included in paragraph 20:

"The petitioner will be entitled to set off the period of incarceration undergone by him, pending trial as well as after the judgment of the Trial Court."

4. The Registry to issue the correct copy of the order.

5. In view of the correction being made now, the time is extended till two weeks from the date of receipt of the correct order copy, for the accused to surrender.
