Crl.M.P.No.16833 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26643 of 2024 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.26643 of 2024 order dated 25.10.2024 in Crime No.527 of 2024 (i.e.) that the petitioner shall report the Tambaram Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26643 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
