ORDER

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This review application is filed against the judgment dated 1.10.2019 passed in W.A.No. SR 110612 of 2013 and M.P.No.1 of 2014.

2. The petitioner seeks appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher with effect from 26.7.1997. Such appointment is sought by the petitioner on the ground that he was sponsored through the Employment Exchange. The writ court dismissed the writ petition holding that the petitioner is not entitled to the relief prayed for by him. Against which, writ appeal is preferred with an application for condonation of delay and the same were dismissed by this Court recording the submission made by learned Government Advocate that

the petitioner had not renewed his name in the District Employment Officer's Register and hence his name has not been recommended for the post of Middle Level Teacher. But, in the year 2004, the petitioner has already been appointed and that therefore, nothing survives in the writ appeal. Alleging error in the said judgment, the petitioner has filed the present review application.

3. Be that as it may, the policy of recruiting persons through the Employment Exchange has now undergone sea change. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present review application. On merits also, there is no error apparent on the face of record to review the judgment dated 1.10.2019 passed in the writ appeal SR.

4. The review application is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
