Crl.M.P.No.16785 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25949 of 2024 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.25949 of 2024 by order dated 22.10.2024 in para no.7(a) the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and final report has been filed before the Trial Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25949 of 2023 dated 22.10.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation and also before the learned Judicial Magistrate- II, Tiruppur on all hearing dates.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
