ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners in respect of the alleged complaint given by one Mahendran in the year 2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already one complaint was lodged by one Mahendran against the petitioner and the said complaint was closed on 07.09.2018.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that subsequently some other complaints have also been lodged and hence the respondent is harassing the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to enquire the complainant with regard to the said complaint and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register the case and proceed further and instead of that, he should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the aforesaid observations, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
