(Order of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner's daughter Kalpana went missing on 31.08.2023 and her complaint in this regard came to be registered in Cr.No.720/2023 under the caption "Woman Missing". Since the girl could not be traced within a reasonable time, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed.

2. When the matter was called, the respondent police had produced the petitioner's daughter Kalpana before us. When we interacted with the petitioner as well as her daughter, both of them expressed their view that they intend to live together in the house of the petitioner. In view of this development, no further orders are required in the present Habeas Corpus Petition, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
