This petition is filed to accept the cause title subsequent to the death of the respondent viz.,N.Lakshmi Bai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition, seeking to accept the cause title.

3. I have satisfied myself with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

6. Registry is directed to number the revision if it is otherwise in order and list the matter for admission on 17.10.2025 by printing the name of Mr.M.Saravana Porchelivi, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.
