2. This Court by order dated 03.09.2024 directed the respondent herein/3rd respondent therein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits.

3. In view of the compliance of the said direction by the respondent herein/3rd respondent therein, no further orders are necessary in this contempt petition and accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent/3rd respondent in writ petition, it is for him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
