These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 3672 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, Samidurai; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, Samidurai, and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, Samidurai, as appellants in the Second Appeal.

2. According to the petitioners, the sole appellant, Samidurai died on 21.06.2013 and the petitioners 1 to 4 are the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

3. I have heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.
