This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.22142 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation has also been completed and final report filed before the learned I Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act Cases at Chennai.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned I Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act Cases at Chennai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.
