The present petition has been filed seeking to relax one of the condition imposed in para no.7(a) that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on all working days at 10:30 a.m until further orders on the file of the respondent police by order dated 23.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26289 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case is taken on file before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram District and posted for hearing on 02.12.2024. 3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26289 of 2024 by order dated 23.10.2024 in para no.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram District on the next date of hearing and thereafter, on the dates as fixed by the Judicial Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
