The petitioner has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to extend the time to furnish sureties as per order dated 02.03.2023 made in Crl.O.P.

No.4553 of 2023 passed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4553 of dated 02.03.2023, from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stands automatically dismissed and no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
