This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.10.2024, made in crl.O.P.No.27220 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court at Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
