The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in para No.10(b) by order dated 06.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27783 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is still pending. 3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.10(b) to report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
