Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect of the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide proceedings in Rc.No.32621 / PR.V (1) 2024 -CPO No.1342 /2024 dated 17/05/2024, and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner herein in a non sensitive post For Petitioner : Mr.C.Prabhakaran for Mr.S.Shankar 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension passed by the second respondent dated 17.05.2024.

2. Though the petitioner challenged the order of suspension in this writ petition, the petitioner has also submitted representation to revoke the order of suspension and it is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that no such representation is available with the second respondent.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation seeking revocation of the order of suspension. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the same in the 2/4

light of the G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
