O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.192 of 2017 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 02.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the said suit.

3. The learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee has submitted a report stating that the cross-examination of P.W.1 was completed on 27.08.2024 and the case has been now posted for plaintiff's side further witnesses. Therefore, he requests five months time to dispose of the said suit.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee to dispose of O.S.No.192 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
